Full-time housekeeping/janitorial position available for large apartment complex in Metro Pittsburgh area. Duties include common area and apartment cleaning, maintaining grounds and snow removal. Schedule includes weekends. Paid holidays, vacation days, personal days and sick days included. 100% of single health insurance covered. Uniforms and parking included. Must have an excellent prior attendance record and be able to lift 50 lbs. Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Front Desk Concierge responds in a professional and courteous manner to all residents, guests, contractors, team members, and prospective future residents, while managing both external and internal calls, and performing job duties as outlined below.
FRONT DESK CONCIERGE FUNCTIONS
Maintain continuous communication with each Front Desk Concierge between each shift, and Management and Maintenance concerning building issues, package information, resident requests, comments, or complaints Review and update shift notes on an hourly basis and submit to Management daily Maintain visual contact via camera system when not performing other job duties as outlined Answer phones and monitor the Front Desk Concierge email Announce leasing walk-ins, appointments, and move-ins and direct to the appropriate department Announce all guests and gain permission from residents prior to giving them access to the elevator area Assist residents as needed and coordinate move-in and move-out procedures Accept maintenance requests from residents and enter into Yardi if applicable Call designated on-call Maintenance personnel for emergencies and inform residents of the expected arrival time of the on-call personnel and their name Respond and document all noise complaints, pet violations, resident amenity areas violations, and resident/guest violations Log and tag any parking violations, and call the tow company when applicable Pull keys for residents/vendors/guests, as needed Organize, log, and mark packages Keep lobby area and front desk clean and organized Assist leasing and management staff with administrative tasks Maintain open communication with Property Manager and other community staff Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in online/technological systems. Ability to lift/move up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs without assistance Strong organizational and communication skills Must complete and pass Fair Housing training (provided)
GENERAL INFORMATION
$15.50/hour Immediate need Weekend availability preferred Part-time (1-3 shifts per week) Scheduled shifts are 7a-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm Paid 15-minute break per 8-hour shift Holidays required (paid at time-and-a-half)

This position requires working every Saturday. We are closed on Sundays with an additional day off mid-week (Wed). Our operating hours are M-F 9a-6p, Sat 10a-5p.
LEASING CONSULTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:
Must be bi-lingual - fluent in English and Spanish. Determine unit availability daily in LRO Answer apartment rental inquiry calls and emails and enter into Yardi Conduct and follow up on community and apartment tours Process prospective resident's applications in accordance with company policy Organize resident key exchanges, move-in inspections, and move-in documents (deposits, applications fees, move-in rent payments, renters insurance, dock reservations, utilities, and other applicable fees) Maintain accurate resident files and complete general office filing Post and review advertisements for accuracy Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and competitive properties Make recommendations for maximizing rent and other income opportunities Support the overall marketing efforts of the community Provide daily feedback to the Manager on vacant apartments, community appearance, maintenance issues, etc. Prepare your assigned lease renewal offer letters and manage lease renewal efforts Assist with follow-up activities in regard to non-payment of rent, fees, or eviction proceedings Provide world-class customer service Maintain open communication with the Property Manager and other community staff Attend and participate in training programs as requested Perform other duties as assigned
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times This position requires personal contact with apartment residents. Proper conduct and professionalism are essential at all times. Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards Assist with and attend community sponsored resident activities and functions VERY Competitive Compensation - $19.00 - $19.50 per hour + commission (Est. $8K – $12K)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college, or university, or one to two years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Strong organizational and communications skills, and the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, residents, and the public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency in the use of Yardi Voyager preferred Driver's License (Preferred)
