ABOUT THE POSITION The Front Desk Concierge responds in a professional and courteous manner to all residents, guests, contractors, team members, and prospective future residents, while managing both external and internal calls, and performing job duties as outlined below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain continuous communication with each Front Desk Concierge between each shift, and Management and Maintenance concerning building issues, package information, resident requests, comments, or complaints Review and update shift notes on an hourly basis and submit to Management daily Maintain visual contact via camera system when not performing other job duties as outlined Answer phones and monitor the Front Desk Concierge email Announce leasing walk-ins, appointments, and move-ins and direct to the appropriate department Announce all guests and gain permission from residents prior to giving them access to the elevator area Assist residents as needed and coordinate move-in and move-out procedures Accept maintenance requests from residents and enter into Yardi if applicable Call designated on-call Maintenance personnel for emergencies and inform residents of the expected arrival time of the on-call personnel and their name Respond and document all noise complaints, pet violations, resident amenity areas violations, and resident/guest violations Log and tag any parking violations, and call the tow company when applicable Pull keys for residents/vendors/guests, as needed Organize, log, and mark packages Keep lobby area and front desk clean and organized Assist leasing and management staff with administrative tasks Maintain open communication with Property Manager and other community staff Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in online/technological systems. Ability to lift/move up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs without assistance Strong organizational and communication skills Must complete and pass Fair Housing training (provided)
GENERAL INFORMATION $14.75/hour Immediate need Weekend availability preferred Part-time (1-3 shifts per week) Scheduled shifts are 7a-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm Paid 15-minute break per 8-hour shift Holidays required (paid at time-and-a-half)

ABOUT THE POSITION The Marketing Assistant will work with the Marketing Manager with all aspects of the marketing department including communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate Faros Property Management’s (FPM) mission and business goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist in driving growth to the organization by supporting local and national marketing efforts to maximize sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Assist and support the Marketing Manager with the daily marketing activities. Daily activities will include the support and management of landing pages, websites, social media channels, and paid media marketing. Develop and execute organic social media content and calendar for all owned channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube Monitor residential community bulletin boards on Facebook pages Create and execute eblast/newsletter campaigns for all residential and commercial properties Manage content and minor editorial changes to all company websites Produce relevant, valuable, and engaging content for the company websites, blogs and other digital channels for Faros Property Management and affiliated entities and properties. Manage all Faros Property Management and affiliates Google My Business pages for accuracy and respond to reviews Manage and respond to Yelp and Facebook reviews Daily price refreshing and verification across all residential ILS partner websites Manage RentCafe changes including but not limited to applications, floor plans, and property settings Manage lead and variance reports for residential properties Maintain responses to weekly Google Ads recommendations Plan, execute, and manage all events at residential properties Provide marketing and advertising support for internal commercial and residential events Provide support for select off-site marketing opportunities Manage and update the resident perks program
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college, or university, plus one to two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form. Strong organizational and communications skills, and the ability to write simple correspondence. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, and the general public Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Able to apply concepts of basic algebra. Experience with Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp and WordPress Excellent writing, editing, presentation and verbal communication skills required Understanding of media outreach Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels
GENERAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday), located at Nova Place on the Northside of Pittsburgh. It is primarily in-office.
